Capability and Main characteristic:
HF900 hot-mett glue pur composite line consists of six single units and
one auxiliary units,which is a professionally designed equipment for the
furniture industry.This line is used for sticking different kinds of decoration
layer,including wood layer,to the surface of composite board,tri-layer
core board,and other kinds of baseboard.PUR glue is adopted as the adhesive
agent,which reduces the solidifying time.Belt type presser keeps the product
from deforming.The sticking process includes front zone gluing step and
back zone pressing step,which substitutes the traditional manual sticking
or simple mechanical sticking,thus remarkably reduces labor intensity
and production cost.With decoration layer stuck on the surface,the board
acquires elegant and natural appearance.It's a revolution of furniture
board industry.
